By creating an account or using Pitcherr (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Pitcherr.

Your account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Choose a username that does not impersonate another person.

Your content. You retain ownership of the photos, comments, tags and other content you post. You grant Pitcherr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service.

Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Termination. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable-use policy. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

We collect only the information needed to run Pitcherr.

What we collect. Email address, chosen username, optional avatar and bio, the beers/photos/comments/likes you post, and basic technical logs (such as error reports and timestamps) required to keep the Service running.

How we use it. To create your account, show your activity to friends and other users (where you have made it visible), notify you of relevant activity, and protect the Service from abuse.

Where it is stored. Data is hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights (UK GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Retention. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and posts are removed from public view; backups are rotated out within a reasonable period.

Pitcherr uses only the storage strictly necessary to operate the Service — primarily a session token kept in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site analytics that build a profile of you.

You can clear this storage at any time from your browser settings; doing so will sign you out.

Don't use Pitcherr to:

• post content involving anyone under the legal drinking age;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• post illegal content, hate speech, or sexually explicit material;
• impersonate other people or brands;
• scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its security controls;
• encourage dangerous or excessive drinking.

Reports of policy violations can be sent to the contact address below. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
